VCOS - VFIS 3rd Annual Recruitment and Retention Award (2010)

The Retention and Recruitment Award, sponsored by VFIS, recognizes success and excellence in the retention and recruitment of emergency service organization members. The award is presented to a department that has experienced positive results to a comprehensive approach to retaining and recruiting members during the period August 1, 2009 to July 31, 2010. The comprehensive nature of the department’s recruitment and retention program is evaluated in this process.
